This new four-story, mixed-use, retail, office and residential building has transformed the corner across from the Menlo Park train station where for years a one-story, commercial building sat. This new building needed to match the elite look and feel of the City of Menlo Park.

Della Maggiore Tile was asked to use their expertise of working with different materials to add the extra more elegant touches to the new Menlo Park building. The exterior French limestone was installed with a mitered lamination at all edges giving the appearance of 3” thick stone cladding. The total edge laminations exceeded 1000 lineal feet.
